For tax purposes, you can export your trading history directly from the MetaTrader Desktop platform or from the Dashboard.

Simply select in the History tab of MetaTrader the date range (from 1st of January to 31st of December of the previous year) and then export the report to your computer. In the report you will find on the bottom of the document the provided „net profit“ amount that you can use for your tax statement.

If you need a signed copy of the trading statement, please contact your local Customer Support team and request the signed statement. We can also provide you with a full financial statement if required.

How to export your trading statement from the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard and select from the main menu,

  2. Scroll down the page and find My account,

  3. On the right side of your live account, click on the three dots and choose the option „Account Statement“.

How to export your trading statement from the MetaTrader platform:

  4. After selecting your report format, a new window opens. Here you can specify the file name and the file destination on your computer where you want your report to be saved to. Click Save when ready.

  5. Open your saved report. On the bottom of the report you will find your account's report summary that shows the overall profit amount of the selected data range (last year as input earlier). The net profit is the amount that can be provided for tax purposes as a capital gain declaration from the selected trading account.

N.B.: In case you had more than one active account in the previous year, please repeat this procedure for every account. If you closed some accounts and can't access your reports anymore, feel free to contact our Customer Service.
