You create your own Dashboard password when you first register via our website.

To restore your password, please follow these steps:

  • Visit our website,

  • Click "Forgot password" - enter your email address and click "Restore password",

  • You will then receive instructions on how to recover your password.

To change your password, please:

  • Log in to your Dashboard,

  • Open "My Profile",

  • Select "Preferences",

  • Next to "Trader's Room Password," select "Change password".
