How can I delete the Trader's room / trading account?

In order to close your trading account, please log in to your Trader’s Room and follow the below instructions:

Find the line with the information about your trading account
Click the three dots on the right near the account you want to delete and click "Close account"
Make sure you don't have any money in your real account (If you do, transfer money from your account to your wallet (Dashboard - Transactions - Transfer).

In order to delete the Trader's Room, please follow the below instruction:

Log in to Trader's Room
Open "My Profile"
Click on "Preferences"
At the bottom of the page next to "Trader`s Room Registration" click on "Delete Profile".

Please note: If you wish to delete the Trader's Room, you need to withdraw all funds from it.
